STERIS Service On-line is a web-based
system providing STERIS customers with 24-hour
on-line access to STERIS’s service organization.
Customers can create, update, or view service requests
around the clock, 365 days of the year. The system
is easy to use and requires only internet access
and a
web browser – no special software needed.
STERIS Service On-line
- Eliminates telephone hold time
- Provides a central viewing point for service activities
- Provides visibility of equipment’s service
contract or warranty status.
Service requests can be created in just three steps
- Identify the equipment
- Enter the call information
- Submit the request
Your service request is then loaded into STERIS’s
call management system and a service technician is assigned
to support you.
The Call Query feature allows you to check request
status, current technician assignment, repair comments,
and part and non-part usage for existing service requests
as well as to view updates on open requests.
