The ProSupport program offers modularized product maintenance training for your technicians.

Course Description:

Each course offers three in-depth training modules:

  • Effects of Utilities
  • Electrical Schematics

  • Troubleshooting Assessment

Modules can be completed separately or as a full three-module course. When taking two or more modules, technicians are required to complete the previous module before proceeding to the next. Typically, each module is two days in length; the complete three module course can be completed in five days. Some theory modules are available online, check for availability.

Classes can be held at your facility or at STERIS' Erie, Pennsylvania Training Center.
