Synopsis
Principles of Operation: The student is presented with
an overview of the application and operation of the
Reliance 444, 777, and Synergy Hospital Washers. Piping
systems, pneumatic systems and control systems will
be discussed and reviewed using cyclegraphs, piping
schematics, etc. Also included will be a brief discussion
of the basic Eagle 3000 Control as applied to Reliance/Hoplab
equipment.
Components: This
discussion reviews component usage in the electrical,
electronic and control systems, as well as the mechanical
and pneumatic systems. Emphasis will be on specific
applications to the subject equipment and replacement
procedures as needed. System troubleshooting and repair
techniques will also be included.
Calibration: Discussion will review special tools and specific
procedures for the calibration and adjustments of these
machines.
PMP/PMA: A
discussion of the TEAM approach to maximizing equipment
uptime is central to the discussions throughout the
course. Performance roles of the parties involved will
be identified, and procedures will be identified and
reviewed. A review of the spare parts package will
be included. |
