ProSupport Training and Registration Information
These training classes are developed for the following products and are available in North America only:
- Amsco® Eagle® 3000 Stage 3 Steam Sterilizers
- Amsco® Century® Steam Sterilizers
- Reliance® 444 Washer/Disinfector
- Reliance® Synergy Washer/Disinfector
- Reliance® 777 Washer/Disinfector
- Reliance® 130 Cart Washer
Online training (if available) can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Onsite training will take place between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on such date(s) and at the location(s) as agreed by the parties. STERIS will provide all appropriate instructional personnel and relevant training materials. STERIS will also provide certificates of completion for the workshops provided.
For training delivered at Customer's site, Customer must provide appropriate and adequate space in which to conduct the training. The space should be quiet, comfortable and conducive to learning. STERIS will be given access to the subject equipment to allow for the hands-on portion of the training. Training costs include all travel charges for the instructor.
For Preventive Maintenance training delivered at Customer's site, the customer must provide a STERIS PM pack to use as part of the training. At the end of the training, a Major PM for the unit used during the training will be considered complete.
For troubleshooting training delivered at Customer's site, the customer bears all responsibility for damage to the units resulting from the training. If any parts need to be replaced due to the training process, the cost of the parts will be at the customer's expense. STERIS will provide the labor, if required, as part of the training price.
For training conducted at STERIS's Training Center in Erie, Pennsylvania (the "Training Center"), training pricing includes hotel, breakfast and lunch at the Training Center, local transportation to/from the Training Center. Travel to the Training Center from Customer's location and evening meals are the responsibility of the Customer.
Training sessions may not be videotaped or recorded in any manner.
Customer agrees and acknowledges that the information conveyed during the training sessions does not constitute complete training with regard to the equipment and that all persons operating or servicing the equipment must be trained on, and have access to, the Operator & Service Manuals and any and all relevant health and safety policies or procedures.
